Cancel & Order Change 

We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel or modify an order after placing it. Please review the policy below for information about cancellation and order changes.

Cancellation & Order Change Window
Customers may request to cancel or modify their order within 8 hours after the order is placed. After this time window, the order may already be processed and prepared for shipment, and we may no longer be able to make changes or cancel it.

Refund for Cancelled Orders
If your cancellation request is approved within the allowed time frame, a full refund will be issued.
Refunds for cancelled orders are typically processed within 3 business days to the original payment method.

Please note that depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refunded amount to appear in your account.

Order Changes
Within the 8-hour window, customers may request the following changes:

  • Update the email address
  • Correct the shipping address
  • Change the recipient name
  • Modify the size
  • Change the color

Once the allowed time window has passed, we cannot guarantee that any changes can be made.

In your email, please include the following information:

  • Order number
  • Full name used for the order
  • Details of the requested cancellation or change

Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered due to incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate information provided by the customer.
