How do I place my order?

Simply choose your style on the product page then click the “Add To Cart” button and follow the simple steps to complete your order.

We’ll prepare your order and let you know when it's on its way!

How long does it take to receive my order?

The total estimated delivery time is 4–9 business days. We currently ship within the United States only.

What should I do if I don’t receive a confirmation or shipping email?

Please check your spam or junk folder first. If you still cannot find the email, contact our support team at support@kyleinc.com, and we will assist you within 24 hours.

How long do I have to return an item?

You can return or exchange an item within 30 days from the date of delivery. After the return request is approved, the item must be shipped back within 14 days.

When will I receive my refund after returning an item?

Once the returned item is received, inspected, and approved, the refund will be processed within 3 business days and issued to the original payment method.

What payment methods do you accept?

We process all payments through PayPal. Customers can pay using a PayPal account or a credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) without creating a PayPal account.

Is my payment information secure?
